About Me

As a Black woman educator, facilitator, and coach, I draw from my lived experiences to lead compassionate investigations into identity and connection. I provide a grounded space where we can explore complex layers of race and gender with both heart and intentionality. Together, we will cultivate the honest dialogue needed for profound personal and collective growth.

Discourse for Change: Philosophy

Our Ethos

I believe that the most profound change happens in the spaces between us. My philosophy centers on the practice of real, often difficult, conversations about identity, race, and gender. Turning dialogue into transformation requires more than just speaking—it requires a laboratory for critical thought and compassionate inquiry.

In my circles, I don't just teach—I facilitate. I create a grounded space where every voice is a catalyst for collective growth, rooted in intersectionality, critical pedagogy, and the lived experiences of my diverse community. Here, curiosity is my greatest tool for dismantling barriers.
